Discussion about WikiProject banner templates

[edit]

For WikiProjects that participate in rating articles, the banners for talk pages usually say something like:

There is a proposal to change the default wording on the banners to say "priority" instead of "importance". This could affect the template for your group. Request for input: History of Detroit article length

[edit]

A discussion is underway at Talk:History of Detroit about whether to split the lengthy "Decline of Detroit" section into a standalone article, as the main article is now ~22,000 words.

Input from Michigan-focused editors would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance. Bill Heller (talk) 19:14, 6 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
