If I'm not mistaken, the blacklisting is due to the antics of a certain long-term nuisance who favored names somewhat similar to your preferred moniker. We don't mention that one's name – it's a Voldemort kind of thing. The (ab)user in question is, AFAIK, no longer active, but they have at least one admirer who practices the sincerest form of flattery. Each entry on a disambiguation page should have exactly one blue link that leads to an article that describes the subject. Hi! Yesterday I edited the Bill Hill page to have the biography for an Alaskan educator/fisherman. Of course, this was a mistake on my part to put this under the ambiguous title "Bill Hill", this was my first edit. I resubmitted the content under Draft:Bill Hill (Alaskan), which hopefully is a better title for the page. I don't think I have the permissions to move this draft to the published namespace, but I was hoping you could? Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. Why did you revert the cut and paste move? You broke all the redirects. And most sources say "plugg" not "plugg music" per [[WP:COMMONNAME]] articles need to have the most common name used in sources. Considering the entry I added was alphabetically adjacent to that one, I assumed consistency would be easy. Regardless, when reverting an addition for a particular reason, especially a relatively obscure reason, it's likely best to review the entire page for other entries which might not be in accordance with that reason.
