Qalandarabad (Persian: قلندرآباد)[a] is a city in, and the capital of, Qalandarabad District in Fariman County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[6] It also serves as the administrative center for Qalandarabad Rural District.[7] The village of Qalandarabad was converted to a city in 2000.[3]
Demographics

[edit]At the time of the 2006 National Census, the city's population was 4,872 in 1,168 households.[8] The following census in 2011 counted 4,924 people in 1,360 households.[9] The 2016 census measured the population of the city as 4,880 people in 1,406 households.[4]
