Licensing

This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit.

It illustrates an educational article about the music style represented by the band in the image.
The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the article topic.
It is particularly appropriate for that purpose as each member of the group is clearly named.
It also conveys the mood of the musical artists, which would not be achieved in -- for example -- a photo taken by a fan at an event.
The image is of moderately low resolution, and is thus not suitable for production of counterfeit goods. This is a copy with lower resolution than the original.
The logo is not used in such a way that a reader would be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by the owner of the logo.
It is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value.
