Fair Hooker (born May 22, 1947) is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the fifth round of the 1969 NFL/AFL draft. He played college football for the Arizona State Sun Devils.[citation needed]

Hooker was also an All-American hurdler for the Arizona State Sun Devils track and field team, finishing 7th in the 110 meters hurdles at the 1968 NCAA University Division outdoor track and field championships.[1]

Hooker was traded by the Cleveland Browns to the New Orleans Saints in August 1974.[2]
