Antoni Kazimierz Dudek (born 17 October 1966[1]) is a Polish historian and political scientist authoring more than a dozen books on the modern history of Poland.[2][3]

In 1994 he obtained a PhD in the humanities at Jagiellonian University, based on his dissertation titled: Relations between the state and the Roman Catholic Church in Poland in the years 1956-1970.[4] In 2000 Dudek stared working Institute of National Remembrance (IPN). From 2006 to 2010 Dudek served as an advisor for the president of IPN, Janusz Kurtyka. In 2011 he was appointed by Sejm to the newly created Council of the IPN, which he chaired until 2016.[3]

Dudek is a permament faculty member at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University since 2014.[5] In 2022 he started popular science YouTube channel Dudek o Historii (Dudek on History), amassing over 170 thousand subscribers and 24 million views as of February 2026.
