Cooper Trembath (born 17 October 2005) is a professional Australian rules footballer who plays for the North Melbourne Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL).
Junior and VFL career
[edit]Trembath played for the Eastern Ranges in the Talent League. He also played a game for VFL club Frankston.[1] He averaged over 13 disposals as a tall defender.[2] After going undrafted, Trembath signed with North Melbourne in the VFL,[3] he also played for local club Blackburn in Eastern Football League.[4] Growing up he played junior football for Park Orchards Sharks in the Yarra Junior Football League.[5] He attended Whitefriars College and played football for the school.[6]
AFL career
[edit]Trembath was selected by North Melbourne with pick 10 of the 2025 mid-season rookie draft.[7] He made his debut in round 22 of the 2025 AFL season against the Greater Western Sydney Giants.[8] He kicked three goals in his first match.[9]
