Burgkirchen an der Alz (German pronunciation: [bʊʁkˈkɪʁçn̩ ʔan deːɐ̯ ˈʔalts], lit. 'Burgkirchen on the Alz') is a municipality in the district of Altötting, in Bavaria, Germany. It is situated on the river Alz, 8 km west of Burghausen.
