Armungia ((Sardinian: Armùngia) is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Cagliari in the region of Sardinia in Italy, located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) northeast of Cagliari. It has a population of 399.[2]

Armungia borders the following municipalities: Ballao, San Nicolò Gerrei, Villaputzu, Villasalto.

As of 2025, Armungia has a population of 399, of which 53.1% are male and 46.9% are female, compared to the national average of 49.0% and 51.0% respectively. Minors make up 8.0% of the population, and seniors make up 37.8%, compared to the national average of 14.9% and 24.7% respectively.[2]
