The Anglican Diocese of Ilesa[1] is the second most senior diocese of 17 dioceses within the Anglican Province of Ibadan, itself one of 14 ecclesiastical provinces within the Church of Nigeria.[2] The current bishop is the Right Rev. Rt. Rev. Prof. Dapo Folorunsho Asaju.[3]
The Right Rev. Dr. Samuel Olubayo Sowale was the immediate past dishop from year 2000 to 2021
Ephraim Ademowo was bishop of the diocese from 1989 to 2000.
